Who are the enemies of self-esteem?
Beliefs and values. Throughout our lives, we have been taught and learned a set of harmful, irrational beliefs and values that are impossible to put into practice. If we create excessive expectations, if we constantly compare ourselves with others, if we approach life in rigid, absolute terms where there are no exceptions or nuances, we will always feel frustrated and insignificant.
